Job Description:
You will manage and oversee the Quality Management System for the department, driving the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of quality procedures. Ensure adherence to all relevant ISO standards, company guidelines, and legal requirements, including GDPR and C5. Additionally, provide training, support, and guidance to the team in documenting and maintaining streamlined processes and agile best practices, while performing regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Your tasks:
- Manage and oversee the Quality Management System for the specified department.
- Spearhead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of quality procedures.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant ISO standards, company guidelines, and legal requirements, including GDPR and C5.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to the team in documenting and maintaining streamlined processes and agile best practices.
- Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quality Management, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Quality Representative/Manager or in a similar position, ideally within the medical software sector.
- Deep knowledge of ISO standards and GDPR; familiarity with CMMI, SPICE, C5, and medical device regulations is advantageous.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies and experience in their application. Excellence in software engineering and lean management is beneficial.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills; fluency in English is essential, and German language skills are a plus.
