Project Screening - Identification of the vacant position (Day 1)

In a joint discussion, we determine your needs and draw up the requirements profile that the candidate should fulfil when taking up the position.

2. Put the job profile online (days 2-3)

We publish the anonymised job profile not only on our highly frequented company website, but also on all relevant job boards. Google placement is just as much a matter of course for us as presenting your job on all relevant social media channels.

3. Candidate acquisition - identification + introduction of tech talent (day 1-10)

4. Processes - interview rounds (days 1-15)

5. The successful occupation (days 15-20)
