In the event of successful placement, a fee is payable once the employment contract has been signed by the candidate. The so-called “commission” is a percentage of the candidate’s annual salary (approximately 30%). However, it is clear to us that situations differ from customer to customer, and we are therefore open to various approaches which are attractive for both parties. In our experience, the probability of this happening is very low. Current figures from Tech Punk’s placements show that from 100 placements, around 2% have resigned within the probationary period. On these very rare occasions, we will find you a free replacement. The timeframe is dependent upon the company and the position itself.

In order to live up to this internal qualification standard, we have deliberately located ourselves as close as possible to our customer market - Berlin-Mitte. Furthermore, we make monthly visits to clients and candidates in German markets outside of Berlin, at their respective locations. 98% of our qualified candidates are located in Germany. 100% in the EU.
