• provide technical and disciplinary leadership (approx. 6 people) to an interdisciplinary team 
  report to the VP of Engineering
• Conception and implementation of user stories
• Contribute to the creation of systems architecture (hands-on) 
• work closely with interdisciplinary teams, PMs and POs. 

• Education or studies in the field of IT 
• several years of Java or Kotlin experience in agile software development
• first leadership experience (project or team leader) 
• hands-on menatlity 
• fluent english
