Salary: Up to 80.000€ (depending on your experience)

• With a focus on incident management, processes, procedures and infrastructure, you will expand the operations and support unit
• You will ensure the further development of the team with reports and independent capacity management and will also be in close contact with the VP
• You build the technical bridge between the development team and application operations
• In cooperation with the sales units and second level support, you will assist the customer remotely with system integration and onboarding of the in-house platform
• You support your team in hands-on communication with customers, remote access to production and test systems and record solution steps
• Managing the maintenance of the in-house knowledge database is also part of your tasks

• Completed training or studies in the IT environment
• You already have several years of experience in third level support or as a network or system administrator with a focus on incident management.
• Nice to have: first leadership experience (team leader or project manager)
• German and English language skills
