As an experienced and passionate Product Owner, you will be instrumental in defining, building and managing the SaaS product. In this key role, adaptability and the ability to succeed in a rapidly evolving industry are critical. You will work with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure the product meets customer needs and business goals.

• Product Vision: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with overall business goals and market trends.
• Requirements gathering: work with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to gather, prioritize, and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases.
• Product Roadmap: develop and maintain a product roadmap that represents features, enhancements, and updates over time.
• Backlog Management: maintaining a well-prioritized product backlog to ensure the development team always clearly understands what needs to be developed next.
• Release Planning: working with development teams to plan and execute product releases, coordinate activities, and ensure releases are on time and meet quality standards.
• Product Design: work with designers to create user-friendly and intuitive interfaces and ensure the product delivers an exceptional user experience.
• Market Research: stay abreast of industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential threats to the product.
• User Feedback: Collect and analyze user feedback and data to make informed decisions about product enhancements and new features.

• Proven experience as a product owner in a SaaS or software development environment.
• Good understanding of SaaS business models in B2B, cloud technologies and software development processes (Agile/Scrum).
• Excellent communication skills to communicate product vision and requirements to cross-functional teams.
  Analytical and data driven decision making skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with user needs.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps.
• Experience in IT security and/or cybersecurity is a plus.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal); German language skills are a plus.
